Transparency & Proof

See the Work Behind Your Campaign

Transparency begins before execution. Customers can review researched prospects, see prepared campaign messaging once Live Campaign Data is ready, follow campaign activity as work progresses and review evidence supporting successful submissions.

From prospect selection to personalized messaging to completed-submission proof, the campaign is designed to be visible rather than treated as a black box.

The campaign is tracked as it is executed—not reconstructed afterward.
No Payment RequiredSubmitting a campaign request creates no payment obligation.
Tracked as Work ProgressesCampaign visibility is built into the execution process.
Proof Has Clear BoundariesExecution can be verified without exposing private internal information.
Campaign Records

Campaign Activity Is Tracked as the Work Progresses

Campaign execution is recorded as prospects move through the agreed CFM process. Exact fields can vary according to the campaign structure.

Prospect / DomainRelevant prospect and website context.
Prepared SubjectSubject prepared for the prospect where applicable.
Unique MessageThe personalized outreach prepared for that business.
Execution StatusProcessed, pending, successful or skipped status where applicable.
Skip ReasonRelevant reason recorded where appropriate.
Submission TimeRecorded where applicable to the campaign process.
Proof AvailabilityEvidence links or availability where applicable.
Package ProgressPackage Target, Verified Delivered, Remaining and delivery progress.
The goal is meaningful visibility into campaign execution without requiring you to manage the operating process yourself.
Live Visibility

Prospect Review First. Live Campaign Data as Preparation Progresses.

Customer Prospect Review happens earlier in the secure Customer Portal. After review and deeper campaign preparation, the Live Campaign Sheet becomes the detailed operational view for prepared outreach and campaign delivery.

What has been prepared?See prospects, prepared subjects and unique personalized messages.
What has been delivered?See successful activity, status and proof availability.
What was skipped?See records that could not or should not be submitted.
What remains?Follow package target, verified delivery and remaining volume.
Prospect Review helps you review who ZAR plans to reach. The Live Campaign Sheet shows what has been prepared and how the campaign is being delivered.
Live campaign sheet record showing a personalized message, successful submission status and proof availability
The Live Campaign Sheet connects prepared outreach with campaign execution, showing the relevant prospect, unique message, submission status and available proof in context.
Submission Evidence

From Campaign Record to Before and After Proof

Successful submissions are supported by valid completion evidence associated with the relevant campaign record. For the strongest public example, the Live Campaign record, Before proof and After confirmation should represent the same real submission.

Before establishes the context. After establishes the successful completion.Valid after-submission evidence is required for Successful Submission classification.
Live Campaign Record→Before Submission→Manual Contact-Form Submission→After Confirmation
Completed contact form before manual submission with sensitive details redacted
Before Submission — the completed contact form and message context immediately before manual submission.
Submission success confirmation shown after manual contact form submission with sensitive details redacted
After Submission — the confirmation or other valid completion evidence associated with the same campaign record.
Human Execution

What If the Before Screenshot Is Accidentally Missed?

CFM outreach is performed by people, and an operator may occasionally submit a form before capturing the initial screenshot.

If this happens, ZAR Advertising does not submit the contact form again merely to recreate the missing Before screenshot, because doing so could send duplicate outreach.

If valid After evidence clearly establishes that the intended submission was completed successfully, the record may still count as a successful submission.

A missed Before screenshot is an exception to the normal workflow—not the standard proof process.
Why This Rule Exists

Successful Completion Matters More Than Recreating an Image

The purpose of the proof system is to verify genuine execution while avoiding duplicate contact with the prospect.

Important distinction

The Before image is normally expected. The valid After evidence is the required completion evidence for Successful Submission classification.

Campaign Outcomes

Successful, Skipped and Replacement Records Stay Distinguishable

01

Successful

Counts toward purchased successful-submission volume when the required completion evidence is valid.

02

Skipped

Does not consume successful-submission volume when legitimate submission limitations prevent completion.

03

Replacement

Replacement prospects can be processed as necessary so legitimate limitations do not silently reduce the agreed target.

Public Evidence

Real Proof Should Demonstrate Real Execution

Do Not Present as Proof

  • ×Unrelated screenshots
  • ×Generic website screenshots without submission context
  • ×Fabricated or mock campaign records presented as real
  • ×Images that do not establish completed outreach

What a Useful Proof Example Shows

  • ✓Relevant website/contact-page context
  • ✓Form or submission state
  • ✓Enough context to understand the action
  • ✓Successful confirmation where applicable
  • ✓Sensitive information anonymized or irreversibly redacted
The purpose of proof is to demonstrate execution—not expose private information.
Retention

How Long Is Campaign Proof Retained?

Under the current Campaign Terms, campaign screenshots/proof are retained for 30 days after Campaign completion.

After that period, proof may be deleted and should not be treated as a permanent archive.

Customers who need particular campaign information for longer-term records should retain the information made available during the applicable access period.

Operational Retention Boundary

The 30-day rule establishes retention eligibility after Campaign completion; it does not promise that every file is deleted at one exact second.

Retention and deletion activity remains subject to the applicable operational, privacy and data-management process.

Access & Privacy

Campaign Transparency Does Not Require Exposing Private Information

Campaign proof may contain information belonging to prospects, Customers or ZAR Advertising's internal operation. Access therefore remains controlled.

Who May Access Proof?

Depending on the campaign and applicable process, access can include:

  • Authorized ZAR Advertising personnel
  • The relevant Customer
  • Other explicitly authorized parties where applicable

Campaign proof is not intended to be publicly accessible.

Sensitive Information

  • Unnecessary sensitive information is minimized
  • Personal information may be redacted where appropriate
  • Public examples must be anonymized or approved
  • Credentials, storage keys and private access tokens must never be exposed

What Customers Do Not Receive

  • Internal operator notes
  • Private internal systems
  • Private credentials
  • Unrelated Customer information
  • Internal QC information not intended for reporting
You receive the information relevant to your campaign—not unrestricted access to ZAR Advertising's internal systems.
Visibility + Verification

Prospect Review provides early visibility. Live Campaign Data provides operational visibility. Submission Proof provides verification.
Practical Transparency

Transparency Has a Clear Boundary

Transparency means providing meaningful visibility into the agreed campaign work. It does not mean unrestricted access.

— Exposing private internal systems— Exposing personal information unnecessarily— Giving access to unrelated Customer campaigns— Retaining every screenshot permanently— Guaranteeing every operational action has an image— Guaranteeing prospect responses or outcomes
Practical transparency—without compromising privacy or operational security.

Our responsibility is the execution. The prospect controls the outcome.

Campaign Review

Want to See How Your Campaign Would Work?

Tell ZAR Advertising who you want to reach, what you want to promote and what you want the campaign to achieve.

We'll review your requirements and determine the appropriate research, personalization, outreach, tracking and proof process for the campaign. If the campaign is accepted and you choose to proceed, payment and onboarding come next.

No payment is required to submit a campaign request. Campaign requests are subject to feasibility and available operational capacity.
