Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality/security and for approved analytics or advertising measurement where enabled through the website's consent controls.

Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta/Facebook tracking and remarketing or similar audience-targeting technologies are not part of the current launch configuration unless separately approved, implemented and reflected in the applicable consent controls and policies.

We may also use information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests, rights, security and operations.

Choosing not to receive optional marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to respond to or administer a service, request or relationship you initiated.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
ZAR Advertising uses and may use third-party services to support website operation, form security/backend processing, protected storage, business records, communications, Campaign operations and, where implemented, analytics or advertising measurement.
Current Operational Providers
Current infrastructure includes providers supporting WordPress hosting/database services, human business email, transactional email, public-form security/backend processing and protected operational storage.
Hostinger
Hostinger supports the ZAR Advertising WordPress website/database hosting environment. Hostinger Business Email supports normal human business mailboxes.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare supports parts of public-form security, Turnstile verification, backend processing, abuse/bot protection and Cloudflare R2 protected storage as applicable.
Brevo
Brevo is used for WordPress/ZAR transactional email delivery, including applicable intake receipts, notifications, password-related messages and Customer/Partner operational email.
Cloudinary + Cloudflare R2
Certain Campaign proof and operational image records may be stored through protected Cloudinary and Cloudflare R2 infrastructure rather than ordinary public WordPress Media Library URLs.
Google Services
Google services support the temporary read-only detailed Campaign operational view through Google Sheets for authorized users. On the public website, Google Tag Manager is used to manage approved measurement tags and Google Analytics 4 is configured to operate after Statistics consent.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag is installed for approved website and advertising measurement and is configured to operate after Marketing consent.
Other Operational Providers
Additional providers may be used where reasonably necessary to support security, communications, payment processing where applicable or service delivery.
Analytics, Advertising and Measurement
The current public tracking configuration uses Google Tag Manager to manage approved tags, Google Analytics 4 for website analytics after Statistics consent, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for approved website/advertising measurement after Marketing consent.
Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta/Facebook tracking and remarketing are not part of the current launch configuration. If the tracking configuration changes, the applicable consent controls and this Policy should be updated accordingly.
How We Share Information
ZAR Advertising does not sell Campaign Request or Partner Application information simply as a source of revenue.
Information may be shared or processed by service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, process forms, communicate with applicants or Customers/Partners, provide requested services, maintain security or support business operations.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting/database infrastructure, email, form security/backend processing, protected storage, Campaign operational systems, analytics/advertising where implemented, and payment processing where applicable.
Campaign or Operational Providers
Where necessary to provide a requested service, relevant information may be shared with appropriate operational providers or other parties involved in delivering that service, subject to appropriate arrangements and access controls.
Legal Requirements
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security or safety.
Campaign and Prospect Information
Prospect Research
CFM Campaigns may involve researching publicly available business information and preparing prospect information according to accepted Campaign criteria.
Customer Prospect Review
Researched prospect information may be made available to the authorized Customer through Customer Prospect Review. Related records may include Customer review actions, Flag for Review information, review timing and ZAR review resolution information.
Prepared Outreach & Live Campaign Data
Campaign records may contain prepared subject lines and unique personalized messages for individual prospects, together with execution status and delivery information. Authorized Customers, and specifically authorized Partners where permitted, may access relevant Campaign information through protected Portal or operational views.
Partner access is permission-controlled and an introduction does not automatically provide unrestricted Customer or Campaign visibility.
Outreach Records
During Campaign execution, ZAR Advertising may create records including prospect/business website information, submission status, message details, date/time or Campaign-status information, operational notes and submission evidence.
Submission Proof
CFM Campaign records may include screenshots or other evidence relating to contact-form outreach and successful submissions. Proof may contain information visible on the relevant website/form and may be used for Campaign administration, verification, reporting, quality control and Customer transparency.
Protected operational storage may be used instead of public WordPress Media Library URLs.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, managing relationships, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting applicable legal/regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. Customer/Partner account records, Campaign records, communications, applications and other business records may therefore have different retention periods.
Under the current Campaign Terms, Campaign submission proof is retained for 30 days after Campaign completion before becoming eligible for deletion. Deletion may occur according to the applicable operational process rather than at one exact second. This 30-day rule does not apply to every ZAR record.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Measures may include access controls/authentication, least-privilege Customer/Partner/Campaign authorization, restricted administrative access, server-side form validation, security verification/abuse prevention, rate limiting, protected proof/image storage, restricted business-record access and appropriate monitoring/security controls.
No internet-based system, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not represent that information can be protected against every possible security risk.
International Data Processing
Some of our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live or operate.
Where applicable, we take appropriate steps to ensure that information is handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
The specific processing locations and safeguards depend on the providers, services and jurisdictions involved.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law applicable to your situation, you may have certain rights relating to your personal information.
These may include rights to:
- request access to personal information
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion of certain information
- request restriction of certain processing
- object to certain processing

The availability and scope of these rights depend on the laws applicable to your circumstances. We do not represent that every privacy right listed above applies to every individual or in every jurisdiction.

If you want to make a privacy-related request, you may contact ZAR Advertising.
Requests may include:
- access my information
- correct my information
- delete my information
- withdraw consent
- ask a privacy question
We may need appropriate information to understand and respond to a request.
