2,500 Successful Submissions
Designed for businesses that want a smaller or more focused outreach campaign.
Every standard CFM plan includes targeted research, Customer Prospect Review, a unique personalized message for every prospect, human-executed contact-form outreach, tracking, proof and campaign support.
Choose the successful-submission volume that fits your requirements. The larger plans add Reply Management, additional Customer team access and, on the 10,000 plan, human-reviewed WhatsApp notifications for relevant replies.
Your plan determines the number of successful submissions included in the campaign. It does not represent leads, prospects, websites visited or submission attempts.
Designed for businesses that want a smaller or more focused outreach campaign.
Designed for organizations that want greater campaign volume together with Reply Management and more Customer team access.
Designed for customers requiring greater campaign volume, Reply Management and relevant-reply notification support.
Whether you choose 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 successful submissions, every standard campaign includes the fundamental CFM operation.
All three plans include the same core research, Prospect Review, unique-message preparation, manual execution, tracking and proof process. The main differences are campaign volume, Customer team access and plan-specific reply support.
Every CFM plan is priced around successful submissions. A successful submission means the intended contact-form outreach was successfully completed according to the agreed campaign process and the required completion evidence exists.
Counts toward campaign volume. The contact-form submission was completed and the required valid after-submission evidence exists.
Does not count toward campaign volume. A legitimate website, form or other submission limitation prevented successful completion.
Processed as necessary. Replacement prospects help ensure legitimate submission limitations do not reduce the agreed target.
Once the researched prospect set is ready, it becomes available in your secure Customer Portal for Prospect Review.
You can flag businesses that appear unsuitable, inconsistent with the agreed targeting or otherwise require ZAR's attention. ZAR reviews those flags before the campaign proceeds into deeper enrichment and unique-message preparation.
The standard review period is currently 48 hours, with the actual Campaign deadline shown in your Customer Portal. You can also finish the review early when you are ready for ZAR to continue.
Follow-ups are optional and priced separately from the initial successful-submission campaign. The original prospect research and much of the campaign preparation can be reused, but each follow-up round still requires additional manual contact-form outreach and separate campaign tracking.
Prospects may be excluded from later rounds when further contact becomes inappropriate, including after a relevant reply, opt-out, disqualifying response, unavailable form or another applicable condition. Follow-up activity is tracked separately from the original successful-submission campaign volume.
Each follow-up is prepared as part of the planned messaging sequence rather than simply repeating the initial message. Where possible, decide during campaign setup whether follow-ups are wanted so the sequence can be prepared coherently from the beginning.
CFM is not designed as a bulk automated form-blasting service. ZAR Advertising operators manually work through relevant business contact forms as part of the agreed campaign process.
When an operator reaches the relevant contact form, the unique message already prepared for that specific prospect is used as part of the manual outreach process.
Different websites can have different fields, validation requirements, CAPTCHAs, layouts and submission behavior.
The published plan prices are designed around the standard CFM campaign scope.
Additional or specialized research requirements are reviewed for feasibility during campaign setup. If a requirement materially changes the amount or complexity of work involved, ZAR Advertising may confirm a different campaign scope or price before the campaign is accepted.
Not every requested company attribute or data point can be reliably obtained for every business.
Selecting a campaign volume tells ZAR Advertising the scale of campaign you are interested in. The campaign still goes through review before acceptance.
ZAR Advertising reviews your targeting, campaign requirements, feasibility and available operational capacity before asking you to proceed. If the campaign is accepted, you decide whether to move forward.
These are short summaries only. Full terms remain on the Campaign Terms page.
A standard campaign pause of up to 14 days may be available, subject to campaign policy and operational feasibility.
Once campaign execution begins, cancellation is generally unavailable because operational work and resources have already been committed.
If ZAR Advertising cannot complete the purchased successful-submission volume, the Customer pays for the successful submissions completed and the undelivered portion is refunded pro rata, subject to the Campaign Terms.
ZAR Advertising is responsible for carrying out the agreed outreach process. We can control how the campaign is researched, prepared, personalized, executed, tracked and documented. We cannot control how a prospect chooses to respond.
We control the outreach process — not the prospect's decision. Our responsibility is to execute the agreed campaign and provide visibility into the work completed.
Choose the successful-submission volume that fits your requirements, then tell ZAR Advertising who you want to reach and what you want to promote.
We'll review your targeting, campaign requirements, feasibility and available operational capacity before asking you to proceed. If the campaign is accepted and you choose to move forward, payment and onboarding come next.
No payment is required to submit a campaign request. Campaign requests are subject to feasibility and available operational capacity.
