How Contact Form Marketing Works

From Campaign Request to Completion — Every Step Structured and Visible

ZAR Advertising turns your campaign requirements into a managed Contact Form Marketing operation. We research relevant prospects, give you an early Prospect Review opportunity, prepare a unique personalized message for every prospect, manually execute the outreach through business contact forms, document successful submissions and keep campaign activity visible as the work progresses.

You set the campaign direction. ZAR Advertising handles the time-consuming execution required to put it into action.

No Payment RequiredSubmitting a campaign request creates no payment obligation.

01

You Tell Us Who You Want to Reach

Your campaign begins with your requirements. Tell ZAR Advertising what you want to promote, the businesses you want to reach and the criteria that matter to the campaign.

Target market and locationIndustry or nicheCompany characteristicsCampaign objective and offerCTA and sender informationExclusions and other requirements

We use these instructions as the foundation for prospect research, campaign preparation, messaging and outreach.

You set the direction. You don't have to build and manage the outreach workflow yourself.
02

We Review the Campaign and Confirm the Next Steps

Submitting a campaign request does not automatically start execution. ZAR Advertising reviews the targeting, campaign requirements, feasibility and available operational capacity before accepting the campaign.

Highly specialized, unusually narrow or technically difficult targeting may require additional feasibility review.

If the campaign can be supported, we confirm the next steps. If you choose to proceed, payment and onboarding take place before campaign preparation begins.

After onboarding, your dedicated campaign manager becomes your primary point of contact for campaign communication through direct email and WhatsApp messaging.

03

We Research Qualified Prospects

Once the campaign requirements are established, ZAR Advertising researches businesses that match the agreed targeting criteria and identifies relevant websites where contact-form outreach can potentially be completed.

Country or regionIndustry or nicheBusiness typeCompany characteristicsCompany size where availableOther agreed criteria

Your team can also provide existing prospect data where appropriate; CFM does not depend on the Customer supplying a prospect list.

Public company information may not always be completely accurate, current or complete. Company size and similar information may sometimes be estimated from the available data.
04

Review Your Researched Prospects

Before deeper enrichment and message preparation, the researched prospects are made available in your secure Customer Portal for Prospect Review.

You can flag businesses that appear unsuitable, inconsistent with the agreed targeting or otherwise require ZAR Advertising's attention. ZAR reviews and resolves those flags before the campaign proceeds to the next preparation stage.

The standard review period is currently 48 hours, with the actual Campaign deadline shown in your Customer Portal. You can also finish the review early when you are ready for ZAR Advertising to continue.

This is a review opportunity—not a requirement to individually approve every prospect.

05

We Enrich the Prospect Data

Once the prospect set is established, ZAR Advertising gathers the additional available information needed to support qualification, campaign preparation and relevant messaging.

Depending on the campaign, this can include company information, website information, relevant business characteristics, contact-form availability and other agreed fields.

The amount and depth of enrichment depends on the campaign requirements and the information reasonably available.

06

We Prepare a Unique Message for Every Prospect

ZAR Advertising does not prepare one generic message and submit it across thousands of websites.

Every prospect receives its own unique personalized message, prepared around your offer, campaign direction, CTA and relevant available information about that specific business.

Message preparation is part of the campaign operation itself—not an afterthought added at the point of submission. Where follow-ups are included, their messaging is also prepared as part of a coherent campaign sequence.

One campaign direction. A unique message for every prospect.

A unique outreach message is prepared for each prospect before manual execution.

Once the Live Campaign Sheet is ready, prepared prospects, subjects and messages are available for transparency before and during campaign delivery.

07

We Submit the Campaign Manually

This is one of the defining parts of Contact Form Marketing. ZAR Advertising operators visit the relevant business websites and manually complete the available contact forms using the unique message already prepared for that specific prospect.

Different websites can use different form layouts, required fields, validation rules, multi-step forms, CAPTCHAs, contact-page structures and submission confirmations.

Manual execution allows the operator to work through the actual website rather than relying on a bulk system to assume every contact form behaves the same way.

The outreach is actually performed—not simply prepared and handed back to you.
08

We Document Successful Submissions

Successful submissions are documented through the campaign's proof process. The normal workflow is:

Before ScreenshotSubmit FormAfter / Confirmation Screenshot

Because execution is manual, an operator may occasionally submit a form before capturing the initial screenshot. We do not submit the form again merely to recreate that image, because doing so could send the prospect a duplicate message.

A valid after-submission screenshot or confirmation remains required for the submission to count as successful. A missed initial screenshot is an occasional human exception—not the standard proof process.

Follow Your Campaign as the Work Progresses

Your Live Campaign Sheet provides visibility into campaign activity while records are being processed.

Continue the Conversation When Included

Follow-ups are optional and can be planned as part of the campaign structure. Follow-up messages are prepared as part of a controlled campaign sequence rather than blindly repeating the initial message.

Initial CampaignFollow-Up 1Follow-Up 2Follow-Up 3

Follow-up activity is tracked separately. Prospects who respond positively, request no further contact or otherwise become ineligible for additional outreach are excluded from the remaining sequence.

11

Progress Remains Visible and Supported

Campaign activity continues to be recorded through the Live Campaign Sheet so you can see what has been completed, what has been skipped, relevant skip reasons, available proof and how the campaign is progressing.

ZAR Advertising continues managing the campaign according to the agreed operating process.

Your dedicated campaign manager remains your direct point of contact for campaign communication through email and WhatsApp messaging, including campaign questions, progress, targeting information, follow-up instructions and relevant reply-management matters.

Your team can see where the campaign stands without having to build and manage the operating system behind it.
12

Your Campaign Reaches the Agreed Successful-Submission Target

Example
2,500Successful Submissions

A 2,500-submission campaign is not complete merely because 2,500 websites were attempted. Skipped or unsuccessful records do not consume that successful-submission total.

Replacement Logic

Skipped records are replaced as needed

Replacement prospects are processed as necessary until the agreed successful-submission volume is reached, subject to the campaign terms.

When the target is completed, you can review final campaign information through the agreed reporting and tracking system, including successful submissions, skipped records, relevant skip reasons, available proof, follow-up activity where included and other applicable campaign information.

Purchased successful volume = completed successful volumeCampaign volume is based on successful submissions—not attempts.
We control the outreach process — not the prospect's decision.

CFM does not guarantee replies, meetings, sales or revenue. ZAR Advertising's responsibility is to execute the agreed outreach, document successful submissions, track campaign activity and provide visibility into the work completed. Whether a prospect reads the message, responds, books a meeting or buys is outside ZAR Advertising's control.

Campaign Review

Ready to Build Your Campaign?

Tell ZAR Advertising who you want to reach, what you want to promote and what your campaign needs to achieve.

We'll review the targeting, campaign requirements, feasibility and available capacity before asking you to proceed. If the campaign is accepted and you choose to move forward, payment and onboarding come next—then ZAR Advertising handles the outreach operation for you.

No payment is required to submit your campaign request. Campaign requests are subject to feasibility and available operational capacity.
